iPads

  • If your iPad will not turn on or the screen is frozen, you have two options. If neither option works, bring your iPad to your local iPad Support Staff Member.
    1. Told the home and top button on the iPad until you see the Apple logo. This usually takes 15 to 30 seconds.
    2. Plug your iPad into the official Apple charger. Allow the device to charge for one hour. After the iPad has charged for one hour, repeat step one.
  • Any hardware issues such as speakers, buttons, case, Apple Pencil, etc., please contact your local iPad Support Staff Member.
  • iPad connection issues:
    1. Make sure you are connected to the correct network. The network name is your host school.
    2. Please make sure you have your private addressing turned off
  • IOS 18 ISSUE:
    • iOS 18 has added an additional security feature related to private addressing. In order to stay connected, please follow the steps below.
      1. Click the "i" beside the wifi name
      2. Select Private WIFI Address (your private address might say it is off, but it is not truly off)
      3. In the Private WIFI Address menu, select OFF
      4. If you are still not connecting, select forget this network. Then repeat the steps listed above
