How to Troubleshoot the Roku TVs

System Restart

  1. Press Home on your Roku remote
  2. Scroll and select Settings
  3. Select System
  4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
  5. Select System restart

Network Issue

  1. Press Home on your Roku remote
  2. Scroll and select Settings
  3. Select Network
  4. Hover over About
  5. It should say wired or you school network
  6. If not, select a wired connection or you school network from the Set-Up Connection


Software Update

  1. Press Home on your Roku Remote
  2. Scroll and select Setting
  3. Scroll and select System
  4. Scroll and select Software Update
  5. Select Check Now

Power Drain

  1. Unplug the TV from either the back of the TV or from the wall outlet
  2. Press and hold the power button on the TV. It is located on the bottom of the TV on the left-hand side.
  3. Hold the button for 30 Seconds
  4. Plug the TV back in and hit the power button
