System Restart
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart
Network Issue
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select Network
- Hover over About
- It should say wired or you school network
- If not, select a wired connection or you school network from the Set-Up Connection
Software Update
- Press Home on your Roku Remote
- Scroll and select Setting
- Scroll and select System
- Scroll and select Software Update
- Select Check Now
Power Drain
- Unplug the TV from either the back of the TV or from the wall outlet
- Press and hold the power button on the TV. It is located on the bottom of the TV on the left-hand side.
- Hold the button for 30 Seconds
- Plug the TV back in and hit the power button
